Sticker
After simplifying it in my head, I went to work on creating an illustration of the sticker. I wanted it to really stand out with the color scheme yet to stand out as the iconic place where St. Norbert College was founded. I also added the idea of the American Flag, shrubbery that is in front of the stairs, and the sky and clouds.
I also exhibited the Main Hall Sticker in my Senior Art show. To make the small item stand out, I framed it in a 3" x 5" shadow box, and handed out 100 free stickers to the first attendants. It was a smash hit.
I first took pictures of the building, noting what were the most important aspects of Main Hall. The Sticker had to get across the iconic windows, the steep rooftops, the balcony steeple, and the large doors with the arch. I drew some of these thoughts down.
